I first found the Ovolo portfolio when I stumbled on The Inchcolm by Ovolo for a special staycation surprise for my partner’s birthday. When The Valley opened a few months later, we were hooked. We returned to the properties 4 times while I lived in Australia and each time, we were blown away by the amenities, the attention-to-detail, and high-touch level of service.

What I appreciated about the Ovolo portfolio is not only their design aesthetic, but also the hospitality in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by name, with a smile, and a special welcome card.
